  • Paracetamol: The drug belongs to the group of Acetaminophen or APAP and exhibits weak anti-inflammatory properties. It is used as analgesics i.e. painkiller. The medicine is used to treat mild to moderate pain and fever.
  • Chlorpheniramine: The drug belongs to the category of the first generation of anti-histamine and shows anti-allergic actions. It works by reducing the effects of natural histamine secreted in the body. The histamines produce the symptoms of a runny nose, watery eyes, itching and sneezing.

The medicine is used to treat allergic symptoms such as urticaria and rhinitis.

  • Phenylephrine: The drug belongs to the class of vasopressors. It acts as a nasal decongestant and reduces the swelling of blood vessels in the nose.
